We advise you to read the document carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">1. <strong>Production<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stickers: 9-10 working days from settlement and graphics approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fibreglass car parts:<br>- in stock \u2192 shipping in 3-4 working days<br>- in restocking \u2192 5-10 working days (advance notice by e-mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">2. <strong>Estimated delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Italy and mainland EU: 48 hours (3-4 days in remote areas or islands).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extra-EU: 5-10 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The courier may take longer in high season or for customs reasons beyond Motivelab's control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. <strong>Shipping costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Automatically calculated at checkout according to weight, volume and destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no spending threshold with free shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4. <strong>Tracking<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E-mail with tracking link sent as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The code becomes operational within a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">5. <strong>Packaging<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Impact protection; direct shipment from the laboratory without intermediate storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">6. <strong>Duties and customs charges (non-EU)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Always borne by the recipient; the courier collects these sums upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">7. <strong>Withdrawal - consumers only<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>14 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car parts: return allowed if the part has not been fitted, painted or altered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adhesives: returned only if the liner is intact and the film has not been applied or cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Request by e-mail, return shipment at customer's expense, refund within 7 working days after inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">8. <strong>Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumers: 24 months, complaint within 2 months of discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professionals\/Companies: 12 months, complaint within 8 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remedies: repair, replacement or refund, with exclusions stated in the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">9. <strong>Transport damage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Specific reservation to the courier upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notification with photo to Motivelab within 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10. <strong>Assistance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>info@motivelab.it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+39 379 283 5167 (Mon-Fri 9 - 18 CET, response within 48 hours).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Questo documento \u00e8 stato aggiornato l&#8217;ultima volta il Giugno 18, 2025 e si applica a tutti gli utenti.
