In this document, we explain the terms and conditions that apply to orders placed through\u00a0https:\/\/motivelab.it<\/a>. We advise you to read the document carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Products covered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Standard or custom-made stickers for automotive or decorative use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aftermarket fibreglass car parts (spoilers, skirts, covers, etc.).
All products are intended for private or sports use; suitability for registration or local traffic regulations remains the responsibility of the purchaser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices and payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Currency: euro (\u20ac), VAT included if due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods: PayPal and credit\/debit cards (Visa-Mastercard-AmEx) via Stripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipments outside the EU: any duties, import taxes and customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Indicative production times<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Stickers: 9-10 working days from payment and file approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Car parts in stock: 3-4 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Car parts in re-assortment: 5-10 working days (advance notice by e-mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Shipping and delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Express courier tracked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Italy and European Union: estimated delivery 48 h (up to 3-4 days in remote areas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-EU countries: estimated delivery 5-10 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No free shipping threshold; costs calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracking link sent to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motivelab is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs controls or strikes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Deadline of 14 days after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions for return:
- Car parts: undamaged, not assembled or painted, original packaging intact.
- Adhesives: protective liner intact, film neither applied nor cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusions: any product modified, used or painted on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compulsory procedure: e-mail request within 14 days \u2192 our written agreement \u2192 return shipment (costs and liability to be borne by the customer) within 14 days \u2192 refund within 7 working days after integrity check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Consumers: 24 months; defect to be reported within 2 months of discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professionals\/Companies: 12 months; defect to be reported within 8 days (Art. 1495 Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remedies at the discretion of Motivelab: repair, replacement or refund of the price paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Limitations and exclusions of liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Motivelab is only liable for the purchase value of the goods; no compensation is due for labour, vehicle downtime, loss of profits or other indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excluded from the guarantee and from any liability whatsoever are defects resulting from:
- improper use, installation not in accordance with instructions or by unqualified personnel;
- painting, drilling, cutting, adapting or other modifications not authorised in writing by Motivelab;
- use of aggressive solvents or detergents, excessively close high-pressure washing, prolonged exposure to chemicals;
- extreme environmental conditions (temperatures above 95 \u00b0C or below -40 \u00b0C, UV radiation beyond standard specifications);
- normal wear, scratches, discolouration or minor colour differences between production batches or between monitor preview and final result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adhesives have a performance conditioned by correct substrate preparation and adherence to application parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure). Any failures due to contaminated substrate, non-compatible paints or out-of-range applications are not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under no circumstances may these exclusions limit the consumer's mandatory rights under applicable EU law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Transport damage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The customer must check the integrity of the packaging upon delivery and immediately make a specific reservation to the carrier if it detects damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The photographic documentation must be sent to Motivelab within 48 hours, after which time the insurance file with the carrier cannot be opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

European Union ODR platform: https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jurisdiction for consumers: court of the place of residence. For professional customers the Court of Parma shall apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The data collected is used exclusively for order management, accounting and after-sales service purposes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679. Full information available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Motivelab is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure, including - but not limited to - natural disasters, fires, pandemics, acts of terrorism, strikes, blackouts, computer failures and customs blocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Applicable law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contract is governed by Italian law and EU e-commerce regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Modifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Motivelab reserves the right to update these Terms; the version published on the site at the time of the order shall prevail.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
