Selezioniamo pellicole professionali dei brand Orafol e 3M (o equivalenti), in vinile polimerico o cast a seconda dell’applicazione. Tutti i nostri adesivi sono garantiti da 4 anni (uso standard) fino a 8-10 anni (pellicole premium) e si rimuovono senza lasciare residui.

Che finiture e colori sono disponibili?

Offriamo lucido e opaco come standard. Per esigenze particolari (metallici, satinati, fluorescenti, ecc.) scrivici a info@motivelab.it o chiamaci: possiamo verificare disponibilità e tempi.

Qual è la quantità minima d’ordine?

Realizziamo anche il singolo pezzo. Per commesse superiori applichiamo sconti progressivi.

Che formato di file devo inviare?

Preferiamo file vettoriali (SVG, AI, PDF). Vanno bene anche PNG/JPG ad alta risoluzione (300 dpi) con dimensioni in cm indicate.

Posso vedere un’anteprima prima della stampa?

Certo: inviamo sempre una prova digitale in scala 1:1 da approvare. Solo dopo il tuo via libera avviamo la produzione.

Quali sono le dimensioni minime e massime realizzabili?

Dipende da grafica, materiale e uso finale. Valutiamo caso per caso: scrivici le misure desiderate e ti confermeremo fattibilità ed eventuali soluzioni alternative.

Quanto tempo richiede la produzione?

I tempi standard sono 9-10 giorni lavorativi dal momento in cui riceviamo l’approvazione del file e il pagamento. Per grandi tirature o finiture speciali ti confermeremo eventuali extra-tempi.

L’adesivo è facile da applicare?

Insieme al prodotto riceverai istruzioni dettagliate (PDF/link). Per applicazioni ottimali ti consigliamo una spatola in plastica morbida e, se necessario, una pistola ad aria calda.

Come rimuovo l’adesivo senza rovinare la superficie?

Scalda leggermente la pellicola (50-60 °C) con un phon e stacca con angolo costante: l’adesivo si rimuove in un unico pezzo senza lasciare colla né aloni.

Gli adesivi resistono a lavaggi e agenti chimici?

Dopo 48 h dall’applicazione sono compatibili con autolavaggio, idropulitrice (distanza > 30 cm) e detergenti neutri. Evita solventi aggressivi (benzina, isopropanolo puro) che potrebbero ridurre la durata della pellicola.

What materials do you use for adhesives?

We select professional films from the brands Orafol e 3M (or equivalent), polymeric vinyl or cast depending on the application. All our adhesives are guaranteed by 4 years (standard use) up to 8-10 years (premium films) and can be removed without leaving any residue.

What finishes and colours are available?

We offer glossy e matt as standard. For special requirements (metallic, satin, fluorescent, etc.) write to info@motivelab.it or call us: we can check availability and timing.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We also realise the single piece. For larger orders we apply progressive discounts.

What file format should I send?

We prefer files vectors (SVG, AI, PDF). High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 dpi) with indicated dimensions in cm are also acceptable.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Of course: we always send a 1:1 digital proof for approval. Only after your green light do we start production.

What are the minimum and maximum dimensions that can be achieved?

It depends on graphics, material and end use. We evaluate case-by-casewrite us the desired measurements and we will confirm feasibility and possible alternative solutions.

How long does production take?

The standard times are 9-10 working days from the moment we receive file approval and payment. For large runs or special finishes we will confirm any extra time.

Is the adhesive easy to apply?

Together with the product you will receive detailed instructions (PDF/link). For optimal application we recommend a soft plastic spatula and, if necessary, a hot air gun.

How do I remove the adhesive without ruining the surface?

Heat the film slightly (50-60 °C) with a hair dryer and peel off at a constant angle: the adhesive is removed in one piece without leaving glue or haloes.

Do adhesives resist washing and chemicals?

48 hours after application, they are compatible with car wash, high-pressure cleaner (distance > 30 cm) and neutral detergents. Avoid aggressive solvents (petrol, pure isopropanol) that could reduce the life of the film.
