In this document, we explain how shipments and possible returns of orders made through https://motivelab.it. We advise you to read the document carefully.

1. Production

Stickers: 9-10 working days from settlement and graphics approval.

Fibreglass car parts:
- in stock → shipping in 3-4 working days
- in restocking → 5-10 working days (advance notice by e-mail).

2. Estimated delivery

Italy and mainland EU: 48 hours (3-4 days in remote areas or islands).

Extra-EU: 5-10 working days.

The courier may take longer in high season or for customs reasons beyond Motivelab's control.

3. Shipping costs

Automatically calculated at checkout according to weight, volume and destination.

There is no spending threshold with free shipping.

4. Tracking

E-mail with tracking link sent as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.

The code becomes operational within a few hours.

5. Packaging

Impact protection; direct shipment from the laboratory without intermediate storage.

6. Duties and customs charges (non-EU)

Always borne by the recipient; the courier collects these sums upon delivery.

7. Withdrawal - consumers only

14 days from the date of delivery.

Car parts: return allowed if the part has not been fitted, painted or altered.

Adhesives: returned only if the liner is intact and the film has not been applied or cut.

Request by e-mail, return shipment at customer's expense, refund within 7 working days after inspection.

8. Warranty

Consumers: 24 months, complaint within 2 months of discovery.

Professionals/Companies: 12 months, complaint within 8 days.

Remedies: repair, replacement or refund, with exclusions stated in the Terms and Conditions.

9. Transport damage

Specific reservation to the courier upon delivery.

Notification with photo to Motivelab within 48 hours.
