Payment and Shipping

How can I contact the Motivelab team?

Write to us at info@motivelab.it or call us/WhatsApp at +39 379 283 5167. We operate from Monday to Friday, 9-18 CET.

What are your response times?

On working days we usually respond within a few hours; requests sent on weekends or holidays are handled on the first available day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

- PayPal
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express...) managed via Stripe
All transactions take place on secure servers; Motivelab does not display or store your card data.

Is it possible to request an invoice?

Yes. Please enter your company name, VAT number and SDI/PEC code in the order notes or send us an email within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Until production starts we can change the quantity, colour or address, or cancel the order with a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What are the shipping times and costs?

*Times start from the courier pick-up. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart (there is no minimum amount for free shipping).

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an automatic e-mail with a tracking link as soon as the shipment is registered by the courier (normally within a few hours after collection).

The parcel arrived damaged: what should I do?

Take pictures of the packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours. We will open the file with the carrier and propose the quickest solution (new shipment or refund).

What is your return policy?

You can return products not customised within 14 days of receipt. Custom-made items are not returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

Are my data treated securely?

Yes. We only use your data to process your order, in accordance with GDPR; we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes without express consent.

Stickers and Customisation

What materials do you use for adhesives?

We select professional films from the brands Orafol e 3M (or equivalent), polymeric vinyl or cast depending on the application. All our adhesives are guaranteed by 4 years (standard use) up to 8-10 years (premium films) and can be removed without leaving any residue.

What finishes and colours are available?

We offer glossy e matt as standard. For special requirements (metallic, satin, fluorescent, etc.) write to info@motivelab.it or call us: we can check availability and timing.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We also realise the single piece. For larger orders we apply progressive discounts.

What file format should I send?

We prefer files vectors (SVG, AI, PDF). High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 dpi) with indicated dimensions in cm are also acceptable.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Of course: we always send a 1:1 digital proof for approval. Only after your green light do we start production.

What are the minimum and maximum dimensions that can be achieved?

It depends on graphics, material and end use. We evaluate case-by-casewrite us the desired measurements and we will confirm feasibility and possible alternative solutions.

How long does production take?

The standard times are 9-10 working days from the moment we receive file approval and payment. For large runs or special finishes we will confirm any extra time.

Is the adhesive easy to apply?

Together with the product you will receive detailed instructions (PDF/link). For optimal application we recommend a soft plastic spatula and, if necessary, a hot air gun.

How do I remove the adhesive without ruining the surface?

Heat the film slightly (50-60 °C) with a hair dryer and peel off at a constant angle: the adhesive is removed in one piece without leaving glue or haloes.

Do adhesives resist washing and chemicals?

48 hours after application, they are compatible with car wash, high-pressure cleaner (distance > 30 cm) and neutral detergents. Avoid aggressive solvents (petrol, pure isopropanol) that could reduce the life of the film.

Components for Classic and Modern Cars

What kind of components do you make?

We produce spoilers, skirts, covers and other exterior components fibreglass or carbon, designed to improve aesthetics and aerodynamics.

Are these customised items?

No, it is standard productsThey are produced on our own CNC moulds and are ready for dispatch as soon as they are in stock.

What materials do you use?

- Reinforced fibreglass
- Carbon fibre autoclave
Both provide structural strength and low weight.

Do the parts arrive painted?

By default, the components are supplied in blanks (matt finish), ready for preparation and painting. If you would like a piece already painted, we can provide you with a customised quotejust send the colour code (RAL, OEM, etc.) by e-mail or telephone.

Is compatibility with my vehicle guaranteed?

Yes. Each article is developed on CNC moulds obtained from 3D scans of the original model and tested in an autoclave. We guarantee the 100 % compatibility % with the vehicle indicated in the product sheet.

What are the processing and delivery times?

- Products in stock: dispatch within 24 h after payment, delivery within 48 h (up to 3-4 days in remote areas).
- Products in re-assortment: normally ready in 5-10 working days; we will inform you by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves.

Do you supply materials for assembly?

Some components arrive already equipped with 3M automotive double-sided adhesive pre-applied. If not included, the instructions specify the type of adhesive or hardware recommended.

Can I ask for assistance with installation?

Of course! In the package you will find a instruction sheet; for technical questions you can contact us at info@motivelab.it or at +39 379 283 5167 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm).

Is it possible to return a component?

Yes. For car parts, the 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, provided that the item is undamaged and unassembled.

Do you offer a product guarantee?

In addition to the 14-day return period, the product is covered by legal guarantee against conformity defects. Contact us immediately if you encounter a problem: we will find the quickest solution (replacement or refund).
